Our Buying Philosophy
We don’t chase trends—we curate them. At Tapestrie, every season we select clothing with intention, always prioritizing fit, fabric, and feel while balancing trend and direction. We look for pieces that incorporate charm with refined detail, that make getting dressed feel like a joy—not a chore. Many of our favorite lines, like Elliott Lauren, Varley and Kinross, share our focus on elevated fit, color, and comfort—bringing together what looks good and what feels right. Tapestrie is a true labor of love led by Jayne and Mitchell Lewis, a husband-and-wife team with decades of experience in fashion, marketing, and specialty retail. The Tapestrie sales team, led by Cheryl Thomas with Sheri Rosen, brings warmth, expertise, and a shared sense of pride to everything we do. Our relationships—both with our customers and our designers—are what make Tapestrie so personal, so enduring, and so special. With a background that spans large-scale fashion houses and hands-on specialty retailing, we bring a trained eye for quality and an instinct for what flatters.
